If for any reason, you need to issue a refund, you can contact us. Please note that in some cases, you will need to send money back to Instil, so that we can issue a refund.
We will cover the 2.9% sending fee, so you don’t need to worry about adding that to your payment. Once we receive this payment, we will then issue the refund from our end.
We want to ensure that buyers receive their refunds in a timely manner, so failure to send your payment right away could result in restriction and removal of your account.
